In the space between dreamy indie pop and energetic rock, the band creates a sound that moves between hope and melancholy. With efteraar, you get both magnificent stadium sound and intimate, fragile moments. Inspired by names like Tårn and Blaue Blume, the band has developed its own expression with shades of autumn moods – both the dark and the light. An expression that feels like autumn itself. In the spring of 2025, the band released their debut album “kalder på et øjeblik” in collaboration with producer Søren Zahle (Peter Sommer, Lars Lilholt). The album focuses on the pace, doubt, and emptiness of being in your late twenties. Several songs have received airplay on P6 Beat and P4 – and also feature as the soundtrack in Jonas Risvig's series PEAK. Live, efteraar is an authentic encounter between energy and sensitivity. At SPOT Festival and UHØRT Festival 2025, they impressed with intense and packed concerts. Gaffa awarded them ★★★★★☆ for their concert at Palmehaven during SPOT Festival, writing: “… a very successful concert with a band that is definitely not in the autumn of their career, but at full speed on their way into the light…” efteraar consists of six friends – Bernhard, Anton, August, Emil, Jesper, and Mikkel.
