Throughout the years, Aarhus has been a breeding ground for some of the nation's most iconic hardcore acts. Bands like Barcode, War Of Destruction, and Last Mile helped define a scene, an attitude, and a sound that resonated far beyond the city limits. Northern Aggression isn't about nostalgia—it's a revival. It's a statement: hardcore still has a home in Aarhus. We're bringing the scene back together: the floor, the energy, the community. Seven bands. Two days. One stage. Formed in 2008, they've released 3 albums and 3 EPs. Most recently, EYS dropped their new self-titled album in 2024 and already have another release on the way—more on that later... Known for their energetic live shows and uncompromising sound. You can't talk about Danish hardcore without mentioning Earn Your Scars, which is exactly why they have a guaranteed spot at Northern Aggression. Real Impact: A new force on the scene, featuring members from Spinkick, Road To Manila, and Fragile Masculinity. An old-school hardcore band that honors the traditions of the genre while injecting it with fresh energy. This will be Real Impact's first show in Aarhus. Reality Unfolds: From Copenhagen/Odense, featuring Peter Sandvig on strings and backing vocals, along with members of Hypocrite. They deliver intensity and heaviness in every track. This will be Reality Unfolds' first show in Aarhus. More bands to be announced!
