Intense riff-rock and sonic excursions that sing about everything from the bliss of psychopharmaceuticals to the sights of a downward spiral. "Hard and boundary-pushing" and "catchy punk bangers from another world," wrote Passive/Aggressive about their 2021 debut. Rådne Lunger's second album, 'Motorsnav', was released in February, followed by the strangely pleasant glam single 'Nøgen for at være Nøgen'. Slæng’s: Slæng’s were there, they disappeared, and then they came roaring back at 120 dB per hour. Slængs plays pitch-black new-wave, just as they have since 1982 when they formed in Frederikshavn, setting the salty underground ablaze with a string of scandalous live shows. The new Slæng’s is built on the remnants of what was, with two original, surviving members at the forefront and new forces on bass and drums. With titles like 'Kold vold', 'Plotter', 'Jeg har ret', and the infinitely banal banger 'Banal Sang', Slæng’s tackles themes like sex, violence, substance abuse, mental collapse, and GDPR.
